*Property Description: This lovely four bedroom brick home located in a private subdivision just outside the city limits of Fairfield is just the place for a growing family. A raised landscaped area curbed with stacked stone leads to the front entrance of this all electric home with both central air and heat. As you enter the house, you step into an entry way that has laminate wood flooring and a convenient coat closet. From there, you enter the large family/living area with beveled ceiling and attractive paneled walls. On the outside wall, there is a rounded brick hearth on which a wood burning heater sits and is flanked by two tall narrow windows on each side. There is a separate bar area that has a shuttered pass through to the family room. On one wall in this area, there are built-in storage cabinets which include a secured gun cabinet. The opposite wall has a counter top with a stainless steel sink, cabinets underneath, and an icemaker. Both living area and bar area have ceiling fans and are carpeted in a light neutral color. The large, open dining and kitchen area have laminate wood floors and a combination of paneling and wallpaper. The travertine tiled counter tops are in soft hues of cream and tan. Along with the free standing stove and dishwasher are plenty of cabinets. The nice size utility room is located off this area and has washer and dryer hookups. Also, there is plenty of room for a either chest-type or upright freezer. A carpeted and paneled hallway leads to the four bedrooms. The hallway has built-in cabinets and drawers and a pull-down stairway leading to the attic where the air and heating unit is located. The carpeted master bedroom has white sheetrock walls and a ceiling fan. The large closet with double rods and louvered doors is in a separate area that leads to the master bath, which has a second closet. There are built-in cabinets and a laundry bin for dirty clothes. A large mirror extends across the vanity with above lighting. The tub and shower combination is on a slightly raised platform. The easy-to-keep floor is laid with tile-like linoleum of a neutral color. The second bedroom, which was used as a nursery, has blue sheetrock walls, a ceiling fan, carpet, and a roomy closet with louvered doors. The walls of the third bedroom are of sheetrock painted in pale yellow, and one wall has paper which depicts a youthful cowboy theme. This room has carpet, a ceiling fan, and a nice size closet. The fourth bedroom has carpet, ceiling fan, and sheet rocked walls with one wall having wallpaper in shades of brown and rusty red.
